Feel like yourself again. If you have been told your labs are “normal” but you are still exhausted, gaining weight, anxious, or not like yourself, you are not crazy. At Her Health Lab, we believe weight, thyroid, libido, and midlife hormones belong on the same agenda — not split across primary care, GYN, endocrinology, and a weight clinic.

What a Visit Is

Unhurried, and not templated. Our providers listen, connect the clinical dots, and build a plan you can keep.
Training that matches the visit: peri/menopause specialists and Obesity Medicine Association certified lead practitioner.
Why Fee-for-service visits? So that the plan is not scripted by what insurance would allow. Upon request, we provide a superbill so you can file for reimbursement.
If you live in Maryland, telehealth is available. Note that when you register if you are not local.
Getting initial labs done before the first visit lets us go deeper in the room instead of waiting on results and needing a second visit to build an initial plan.

Five foundations. The tools can change. The sequence stays the same.

Metabolic health — How your body is handling energy, glucose, inflammation, and fat storage.
Thyroid — Treated as real medicine on the same timeline as energy and midlife change.
Bioidentical hormone therapy — Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone when they belong in the weight and midlife picture, not as a separate “hormone clinic” detour.
Supplementation — Clinician-guided nutraceuticals, not a generic retail aisle.
GLP-1s & other peptides — Prescription and compounded tools for appetite, glucose, and metabolic goals, used under supervision and never as the whole plan.

A visit that holds the whole picture - hormones, metabolism, thyroid, libido. You leave with a plan for your history, not a general tip from a news article.
